Harold made a valuable contribution to the Norfolk County Council Staff Sports and Social Club for many years. His commitment was 100%, be it in keeping an eye on the Club’s finances whilst Assistant Treasurer, sorting out staff for the football car park or stopping non members coming into to enjoy the Christmas discos! Whilst Harold liked to give the impression he was stern, even grumpy, those of us who worked alongside him knew that was just pretence; he will be remembered fondly by us all.
